Gram Car Carriers ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade

Oslo, 20 June 2023: CEO and primary insider Georg A. Whist has today transferred a total of 6,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA to his children and nephew, at an average price of NOK 170.60 per share. Please see the enclosed form for further details about the transfers.

Following the transfers, Georg A. Whist owns a total of 238,009 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA through his wholly owned company Currus Navi AS, equal to approximately 0.8% of the company's share capital.
