Gram Car Carriers ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

The board of directors of Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC") calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 8 November 2022 at 10:00 CET.

The notice of the general meeting, including the proposed resolutions and the notice of attendance and the proxy forms, are attached to this notice. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting by casting their votes in advance or granting a proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in the attached notice.

The annual general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only via https://web.lumiagm.com/. The meeting ID is 159-196-253. Further information and guidelines for electronic participation, together all the relevant documents for the extraordinary general meeting will be made available on the Company's website, https://gramcar.com/.

As set out in item 4 in the attached notice, the board of directors of GCC proposes the distribution of an extraordinary dividend based on an interim balance sheet as per 30 June 2022. A separate stock exchange notice with key information on the proposed dividend will be published on 4 November 2022, in connection with the publishing of the Company's Q3 2022 results.

Shareholders who are receiving the paper version of the notice of the general meeting are encouraged to "go green" by accepting electronic communication through the VPS Investor Services.
